Today is 3 years since Jim's mom passed away and he found out he would be layed off work all in one morning.  Anita is named after her and they have the same birthday so she has been an extra special blessing to all of us.  Sadly, she continues to not feel well.  Wednesday I stayed home with her and we went to visit gma/gpa and Kristina in the afternoon.  Thursday afternoon with gma went even worse with Anita having a lot of meltdowns and scratched her leg again.  She has continued to point out that scratch every time she has the chance.  Today she is doing a little better and we stayed home most of the morning just playing and gma and Kristina stopped for a visit.  Pretty sure it's allergies and teeth as she is so puffy in her face, around her eyes but then she is also sticking her fingers way back in her mouth.  Late this morning she was getting a little growly so I took her to Petco where she loves to see the guinea pigs.  She also saw two dogs, turtles, fish, lizards, frogs and a chameleon.  Very good trip indeed.  Then we got a shake at BK and came home to have lunch before taking a nap.  Hoping to go swimming this afternoon with Brenda and Kristina.  Looking forward to a calm, relaxing weekend.  We haven't had one for awhile w/o Jim needing to sleep or having to leave for an open house.  We continue to make small preparations for Anita's party next weekend as well.
